  1. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When visiting our website, we only collect the personal data that the visitor’s browser transmits to our server. The following data are collected, which are technically necessary for us to display the website and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

(2) In addition to the data listed in section 1, cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer when the page is called up. Cookies cannot execute any programs and cannot transfer any viruses or other malware to the visitor’s computer. They merely serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall. The responsible supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Königstraße 10a, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

 

  1. Objection against or revocation of personal data processing

If a subject has given his consent to the processing of his data, he can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of the processing of personal data after it has been given to us.

Insofar as we base the processing of personal data on a weighing of interests, the subject may object to the processing of data. This is the case if the processing is in particular not necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with the subject. If such an objection is made, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process the personal data as we have done. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.

IP anonymisation

We have enabled the IP Anonymization feature on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Order data processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for order data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic characteristics of Google Analytics

This website uses the function “demographic features” of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-related advertising by Google and visitor data from third parties. This information cannot be associated with any specific individual. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google Account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described under “Objection to data collection”.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of stay of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers against abusive automated spying and against SPAM.

Google Web Fonts
